First Year Experience
This course, EDU 117, is taken by first-time freshmen at Lincoln College. This course is designed to help first-time college students through the transition from high school to college. The class is intended to cover topics relevant to the classroom transition as well as the non-curricular adjustments that all first-year college students encounter.

- Career and transfer options
- Critical and creative thinking
- Alcohol and drug awareness
