Nathan BlessmanLynx Blessman earns Conference and Region Honors

Lincoln College sophomore outfielder Nate Blessman landed a spot on 1st Team All-Conference for the MWAC as well as the All-Region team for Region 24.

Blessman played in 43 games this season for the Lynx with a .453 batting average, which was good enough to land him 37th overall in the country. Blessman collected 15 doubles, 5 triples, 4 homeruns, 11 stolen bases and 43 RBIs.

Blessman, the son for Mike and Terri Blessman, is a graduate of Canton High School and will suit up for University of Illinois- Springfield next season.

"I haven't really finalized a career path in which I might take, but whatever my career ends up being after college I hope to succeed and give it all I got."
