Lynx Tops Lincoln Land SPRINGFIELD - Lincoln College collected their 14th win of the season on the road by defeating Lincoln Land Community College on Saturday afternoon. The Lynx were down at the half by six points but scored 43 in the second half to secure a 72-66 victory. This win puts the Lynx over the .500 mark for the season, having 14 wins and 13 losses. Lincoln Land drops to 13-15. Jeff Carlson continued his leadership for the Lynx by scoring 23 points. His teammate Rueben Trotter picked up 19 while Tony Gulley had 12. Jason Moore netted 11 points and took a team high of 9 rebounds. Lincoln Land's leaders were Mike Hardeik and Zach Beaty with 19 each. Cory Farmer scored 11.
