Men's Basketball Rallies for Victory

Lincoln College rallied in the second half to defeat Carl Sandburg, 58-48, at Lincoln College Tuesday night.  The victory gives the Lynx a 1-2 record entering the Rend Lake Classic Friday and Saturday,
   
Carl Sandburg built a 27-21 half-time lead before the Lynx rallied in the second half behind Reuben Trotter who tallied 12 points.  Jeff Carlson scored nine of his 11 points in the second half as the Lynx limited Carl Sandburg to just 21 second half points with good defense.
 
Trotter finished with 16 points to lead the Lynx as ten players cracked the scoring column for Coach B. J. McCullum.   Brant topped Carl Sandburg with 11 points.
