Lincoln Defeats John Wood

QUINCY - A last second buzzer beater three-point shot by Kanisha Pettis, sealed the Lynx third straight win on Monday night. The Lynx were down by 10 points at the half but scored 42 points in the second half for the 59-56 victory. This win improves the Lynx to 8-14 for the season.

Pettis lead the team scoring with 20 points, all of which came in the second half of play. Erica Earnst was also in double figures scoring 12 for the night. Jessica Hamman and Becky Spears contributed grabbing rebounds for the Lynx. Hamman took down 12 while Spears had 10.
