Lynx Have Close Loss to ICC

The Lynx held the #2 NJCAA ranked Illinois Central College to a close game on Saturday afternoon. At the half the Lynx were behind by only one basket. They maintained the pace until they were outscored 16-4 in the last four minutes of the game. This run by ICC ended the game with them winning 69-66. ICC is 22-2 for the season. They Lynx are now 8-15.

Top scores for the Lynx were Erica Ernst with 14 points, Nicole White with 13, Jessica Hamman scoring 12, and Kanisha Pettis netting 11.

The Lynx take on Lewis and Clark Community College on Wednesday afternoon in Lincoln at 5:30 p.m.
