Lynx Win Over Spoon River

CANTON - Lincoln College defeated Spoon River Wednesday night. The Lynx had a commanding lead at the half outscoring Spoon River by 11 for a half-time score of 41-30. In the end the Lynx won 76-71. This advances their season record to 10-19.

Four Lynx players were in double figures. Nicole White lead scoring with 17 points. Jessica Hamman netted 16 for the Lynx while teammate Erica Ernst scored 14 and pulled down13 rebounds. Sophomore Kanisha Pettis scored 13 for the team.

The Lynx take on John Wood Community College Saturday at 1:00 p.m. in Lincoln for their final regular season game.
