Team Wins Against Morton and Elgin in Weekend Play Cicero - Lincoln College defeated Elgin 68-54 in women's college basketball action here Saturday afternoon. The Lady Lynx defeated Morton College 61-55 Friday night. Two of the Lincoln College players, Brittany Ingram and Carmen Weaver, were selected to the all-tournament team by the coaches. Against Elgin, Coach Carol Wilson said, "Brittany had a great game hitting 6 of 8 shots from the floor. We had a 44-25 rebounding edge with Kristin Rucks pulling down eight to lead the way." Ingram scored 15 points to lead the Lynx over Elgin with Jessica Hamman and Nicole White adding 11 and 10 respectively. Weaver had a great scoring game against Morton on Friday as she led the Lynx to victory with 18 points. White chipped in with 10 points.
