Lynx Invitational at Prairie Vista - Rend Lake takes top honor

Bloomington - Rend Lake won the Lincoln College Invitational Golf Tournament played at Prairie Vista here Monday by finishing with a two day, 36 hole total, of 591.  John A. Logan finished at 598 and Kaskaskia at 599.  Lincoln College finished with 639 shots for its number one team while the number two team finished with a 681 total.

Leading the Lincoln College men was Jason Fitzpatrick with a 36 hole total of 152.  John Donovan came in with a 159 while Todd VanArsdale shot a 165 and Zach Young had a 169.   Sam Fitzpatrick rounded out the scoring for LC with a 171 total.

Jason Lumberry shot a 166 to lead the second Lincoln College team in scoring.  He was followed by Kyle Ramza with a 170, Shane Thompson with a 171 and Marty Logue with a 174.
