Soccer Team Drops Second Match
The Lincoln College women's soccer team dropped its second match of the season to Springfield College of Illinois at the Lincoln College field Wednesday afternoon, 5-0. The Lynx will host Lewis & Clark Sept. 10 in their next match as they hope to get in the win column. Coach Aaron Paskavan said, " We put forth a great effort and showed tremendous heart. We missed a penalty kick and had eight shots on goal. SCI struck early and then we kind of ran out of gas as they scored late in the game." Courtney Baumann registered seven saves as goal keeper. # # # # # |
