Men and Women Place 5th in Washington U. Invitational

ST. LOUIS - The Lincoln College men's and women's team placed 5th in the Washington University Invitational that was held January 23 and 24. Washington University won the women's meet with 1,007 points. DePauw University (605), Lindenwood University (564), and Principia College (391) finished ahead of the Lady Lynx who scored 332 points. Vincennes University placed behind the Lynx with 30 points.

Placing ahead of the Lynx in the men's division were University of Missouri-Rolla (880), Washington University (709.5), DePauw University (618), and Lindenwood University (437). Lincoln College had a score of 408.50 while Vincennes University and Principa College placed behind the Lynx with respective scores of 242 and 183.

The top performers for the Lynx were TJ Rietveld, winning both the one and three meter events. Brianne Nation on the women's side posted first place in the 200 yard IM. Her winning time was 2:15.49.
