10 Thing You Need to Bring for Cross Country and Track

  1. Competitive spirit and a wiliness to work hard and learn.
  2. Physical - No physical, no practice.
  3. Training Log - Keep track of your miles, workouts,diet,sleep.
  4. Running watch - Yes, even for sprinters and jumpers.
  5. Water Bottle - One that you can recognize as yours.
  6. White and plain underneath shirt - You may want to bring a long sleeved on as well.
  7. Black spandex pants or shorts if you like to wear them - must be plain.
  8. Trainers and Spikes - We will provide you with one pair of trainers a season and one pair of Nike spikes while you are here. If you do not like Nike then you need to provide your own.
  9. Training shorts, shirts, cap, socks, stocking cap, gloves, sweat shirts, sweat pants - normal training gear.
  10. Any training aides that you like to use - For example, heart monitor, Garmin and stretching devices

Keep in mind cross country will move in August 10th there will be a team meeting later that night. If you are in AWS, ADS or ACCESS Prep you will also move in on that date. There will be a track meeting once school begins.
