Team Tops Springfield College

Lincoln College defeated Springfield College in three games at Lincoln Tuesday night to run their record to 13-11 for the season. The Lynx will be off for fall break until next week. The Lynx won by scores of 30-19, 30-24 and 30-25.

Danielle Crum and Kristin Majka were the stat leaders for the Lynx with Crum credited with five kills, seven blocks and eight points while Majka had five kills, three digs and 12 points. Erica Lill had nine kills and one block while Rosie Miller and Mackenzie Clark were each credited with 12 set assist. Clark also had seven points.

" We played a very solid game from all points," said Coach Mark Tippett. "We played very well at the net and had several blocks which really helped our overall game. We also served the ball well all night, only twice did we miss serve all night. Hopefully we will be able to continue our good play after getting a few days off for fall break."
