• Associate of Arts

Purpose

The Associate of Arts degree (A.A.) is intended for students planning to transfer to a baccalaureate-granting school. To receive an Associate of Arts degree, students must complete a minimum of 60 credit hours with a cumulative grade point average of 2.00 or above. Students must meet all general education core requirements and courses from their selected program of study as well.

• Fine Arts

Natural Sciences (7 credits)

At least one course must be a lab course.

Math (3 credits)

• MAT 110 (Recommended)

Physical Education (2 credits)

• Two PER or Dance Activities
• PER Activity and
• HEL 101, Dance, or Varsity Sport

Social Sciences (9 credits)

Must be selected from two different areas.
