The Residence Halls are closed during breaks

The residence halls are closed and residents must vacate campus during the following breaks.  The dates and times that residents must leave and can return are listed below.  Please make sure that travel arrangements are made in advance of these dates.  Thank you.

Fall Break in October

Residents must leave campus by 5pm Friday, October 12th and may return at 12pm or later on Tuesday, October 16, 2012.

Thanksgiving Break in November

Residents must leave campus by 5pm Tuesday, November 20th and may return at 12pm or later on Sunday, November 25, 2012.

Winter Break in December/January

Residents must leave campus on the day of their last final exam.  Final exams are scheduled December 10th through December 13th.  Residents must return their residence hall keys to the Student Services office before they leave campus.  Residents return to campus for the Spring semester on Saturday, January 5, 2013.  The move in and registration process begins at 10am in the Davidson-Sheffer Gymnasium.

Spring Break in March 2013

Residents must leave campus by 5pm Friday, March 1st and may return at 12pm or later on Sunday, March 10, 2013

Spring Holiday in March/April 2013

Residents must leave campus by 5pm Thursday, March 28th and may return at 12pm or later on Monday, April 1, 2013

Spring semester end/ Commencement

Those residents not participating in the 2013 Commencement Ceremony must leave campus the day of their last final exam.  Final exams are scheduled April 29 through May 2, 2013.  Residents that are participating in the Commencement Ceremony must leave campus by 6pm Saturday, May 4, 2013.  All residents must check out with a member of the residence hall staff.
