Campus Parking

Guidelines

All students desiring motor vehicles on campus are required to secure and display a Lincoln parking permit. There is no charge for a parking permit; however, a parking permit request form must be completed and submitted to the Student Services Office. The sticker should be placed in the lower right hand corner of the car’s rear window. Parking is permitted in designated lots only. Lincoln College is not responsible for items stolen from student vehicles and recommends locking doors when leaving cars unattended. Parking on the Lincoln College campus is a privilege and alternate lots may be assigned.

Restrictions

Numbered spaces are designated for employees of Lincoln College. Student parking is prohibited in these areas. No student parking is allowed between Carroll Hall and Meyer Evans Student Center, behind Hoyle Residence Hall, or in the circle drive in front of Heritage South Residence Hall. Spaces designated for Commuter Students should ONLY be used by Commuter Students.

Penalties

Students found in violation of parking policies may be sanctioned.

Faculty/Staff Parking

Lincoln College Faculty/Staff are assigned a numbered parking space each year. If someone is parked in your assigned space please contact College Security at (217) 737-4477.

Visitor Parking

Priority visitor parking is marked by signs in front of both University Hall and the Behrends Admissions building. If the marked spots are occupied, visitors do not need a special parking pass and are invited to park in any non-numbered parking space on campus.
