Lady Lynx Down Illinois College JV on Ally Friday’s Dominant Play

Lincoln College’s Ally Friday (Metamora, IL) put the Lady Lynx women’s basketball team on her back with a huge 2nd half to help the lift her team to its 6th win of the season with a 67-63 victory over Illinois College JV.  Friday finished the game with 27 points on 8-of-14 shooting from the field and 10-of-11 from the line while also grabbing six rebounds and five steals.  Ariel Williams (Bloomington, IL) added a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds.  The win upped the Lynx overall record to 6-5.

The Lynx will travel to John Wood in Quincy, IL this weekend to play Southeastern Community College at 6:00pm Friday and Black Hawk East at 1:00pm Saturday.
