Business Administration

Our Bachelor of Business Administration program provides a general foundation including planning, organizing, leading, and managing. You will study areas such as human resource management, operations management, and strategic management. A Bachelor of Business Administration degree provides career opportunities in many ares, both private and public.

Health Services Administration

Are you interested in health care, but want to go beyond clinical work? Interested in business and management, but in its more humane, not-for-profit side? Then the Health Services Administration degree is a good fit for you!

What types of jobs can be found after graduation?
After graduation students typically find mid level management positions in hospitals, insurance companies, physician practices, long term care facilities, health management companies, county and state departments of health, benefit offices of larger corporations, and consulting firms. The placements depend on the students' experience, interests, and efforts.

Which classes are required?
Students are required to take classes in US health care system, human resource management, insurance and reimbursement, epidemiology, health care marketing, health care policy, health care ethics, strategic planning, accounting and other. They can also chose from the variety of electives to satisfy their professional needs. Electives include, but are not limited to the following subjects: medical billing, health care quality, ambulatory care management, long term care management, conflict resolution, research methods, international health care affairs, and others.
