Business Administration
Our Bachelor of Business Administration program provides a general foundation including planning, organizing, leading, and managing. You will study areas such as human resource management, operations management, and strategic management. A Bachelor of Business Administration degree provides career opportunities in many ares, both private and public.

Health Services Administration
Are you interested in health care, but want to go beyond clinical work? Interested in business and management, but in its more humane, not-for-profit side? Then the Health Services Administration (HSA) degree is a good fit for you! Learn more about the HSA program.
What types of jobs can be found after graduation?
After graduation students typically find mid level management positions in hospitals, insurance companies, physician practices, long term care facilities, health management companies, county and state departments of health, benefit offices of larger corporations, and consulting firms. The placements depend on the students' experience, interests, and efforts.

Dental Management Services
Flexible Course Delivery.
This 30 week program are fully online courses in the 5 week session. Students enrolled in the certificate program develop skills in accounting, marketing, management, problem-solving, insurance reimbursement, human resources and communication. The program is 18 credit hours, can be completed in less than a year, and incorporates recommendations from members of the Illinois Dental Association’s Education Committee. Students of the Dental Management Services certificate program also have the option of enrolling in one elective course from the list below:
- Financial Accounting
- Principles of Management
- Health Care Marketing
- Fundamentals of Dental Practice Management
- Training on the most popular dental software programs
The certificate culminates with an applied practical project where students have an opportunity to employ classroom knowledge in real life situations at area dental practices.

ABE Program Guidelines
Ideal applicants will meet the following:
- Be 23 years of age
- Completed at least 6 months full-time work experience
- Previously earned credit from a college or university with a cumulative GPA of 2.0
- Computer and Internet access
