In order to complete the application process, the Office of Admissions requires the following:- A compeleted application
- $25 application fee
- Official high school transcripts
- ACT/SAT score
- Official transcripts from all other college/univeristy attended
- Campus visit (recommended)
- How much does LCN cost?

Yes. LCN awards scholarships and grants, these are based off academic performance. - Are payment plans available?

aid?
You only need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to begin the financial aid process. An online copy is available at www.fafsa.ed.gov or visit with your high school/college counselor for a paper copy. sent to LC?
If you were born after 1957, yes. Degree-seeking students are required to have immunization records on file with our offices. Immunization records may be acquired from your high school or other bachelor degree-granting institutions you have attended. You may also download an Immunization Request form to assist you with obtaining your immunization records. - How can I schedule a campus tour?
Call (800) 569-0558 to speak with an admissions couselor to arrange an appointment. You can also e-mail Admissions at ncadmissionsinfo@lincolncollege.edu - What are open houses?
Open houses are specific days when groups can come onto campus and learn more about LCN, as well as receive a tour. If you are not interested in attending an open house, we can always schedule a personal visit with an admission counselor. - I'm taking courses at my local community
college, will they transfer?
Most courses from accredited schools will transfer into LCN. Check with you school's academic advisor to make sure your courses are fulfilling Illinois Articulation requirements. All requirements can be found on the I-transfer website. - Do I need to apply if I'm only taking
one class as a non-degree seeking student?
No. You aren't required to meet with Admissions, but you should call (309) 452-0500 to schedule an appointment with an academic advisor. - When do I register for classes?
First time freshman will met with their academic advisor during their PROP session to pick their classes for their first semester. All other students will make an appointment with their academic advisor when registration opens for the next semester by calling (309) 452-0500. - What is Placement, Registration, and Orientation
Period (PROP)?
PROP is our summer orientation event for incoming first-time freshmen. During this day, you will take your placement tests, register for classes, and meet with several departments thoughout the day, including Housing, Student Life, Student Accounts, and Financial Aid. - How do I register for Math or English
placement testing?
All incoming first-time freshmen will take their Math and English placement testing during one of our PROP sessions over the summer. All other students may contact LCN's Testing Center at (309) 268-4899. - Is tutoring available?
Yes. The Learning Resource center offers tutoring services in almost every subject from a degree-holding professional tutor. Services are free and no appointment is needed. Learn more about the Learning Resource Center - Do I have to live on campus?
All incoming freshman not commuting from home are required to live on campus. LCN only requires freshmen to live on campus, but many sophomores and upperclassmen choose to continue living with us throughout their time here. If you wish to request a spcific roommate, you may do so on your housing questionnaire. - What's the Off Campus Meal Plan?
The Off Campus Meal Plan is a different dining option for students, and a way for parents to be more involved with their student's meals as well. Through Off Campus Dining Network, students can receive a swipe card that is accepted at restaurants around town, and works for some delivery as well. - Do you have sports?
Yes. You can participate in intramural sports teams through the Department of Student Life and Illinois State University. If you're interested in Lincoln College athletic teams contact our campus in Lincoln, IL or visit www.lincolncollege.edu/athletics - What does the Office for Disability

LCN students receive discounts at all Illinois State University sporting events, and many theaters and venues offer student discounts as well. Additionally, Bloomington is home to two semi-pro sports team.
