McLean County Chamber's New Sales Development Program Held at Lincoln College - Normal

Normal, Ill. - The McLean County Chamber of Commerce's new Sales Development Program is being held at Lincoln College - Normal. In addition,  Kevin Woods, an adjunct professor in the Accelerated Bridge to Education (ABE) program , will lead the series of quarterly workshops designed to help sales professionals improve their skills. The Sales Development Program is being offered through the McLean County Chamber of Commerce. Lincoln College-Normal is a longtime member of the Chamber.

For more than a decade, Woods held senior leadership positions in hospital administration with responsibilities for marketing, planning, public relations, fund development. He earned a Master's degree from Cornell University.

The Sales Development Program sessions are held quarterly. During each session, registered participants will gather together over a lunch hour to review and discuss the four steps of the sales process and work together informally to grow and expand their  sales skills. Each session will feature a different sales expert. Cost to attend is just $10 and includes lunch. The Aug. 19 session is sold out. However, reservations for the Nov 18 session are being accepted.
