When you complete all graduation requirements, your diploma will be produced and forwarded to you by mail within approximately ten to twelve weeks after the ceremony.
Diploma covers are handed out during the Commencement ceremony. If you choose not to attend Commencement, a diploma cover will be mailed with your diploma.
What if I owe the College money?
If you owe money to the College, your diploma will not be mailed until the Student Accounts Office releases the hold on your account. Please contact the Student Accounts Office at (309) 268-4358 if you have any questions. Read more information about Student Accounts.
