There are two computer labs on campus that students can use. The computers in the labs have the latest Microsoft Office product, Microsoft Works, and an assortment of other software titles. Each computer lab also has a printer that students can use, free of charge.

Personal Computers

Any student is allowed to bring their personal computer to campus. Each apartment has high-speed Internet access that students can utilize.

If a student decides to bring their personal computer to campus, please read the following requirements for residential computers.

Ensure the following:

10/100 Ethernet adapter card (laptop computers require PCMCIA Ethernet adapters) installed and working properly.
Category 5 ("cat 5") cable (a 25' cord is recommended). Cat 5 cables are different from regular telephone cords.
Updated virus program installed and running on your computer.
Most recent windows updates installed and running on your computer. Access the Windows Update site to ensure you have the latest fixes.
