Eligibility

If you are a student with a disability and wish to receive services, you need to submit documentation to the Director. This documentation must be current (i.e., not older than three years), and may include, but is not limited to, a Summary of Performance from high school, an Individualized Education Program, or documentation from qualified special education personnel, psychologists, and/or medical personnel. Upon submission of the appropriate documentation, you will meet with the Director to determine the appropriate services.

If you wish to access services, but do not possess current documentation, you may request a personal evaluation from the Director. Upon the completion of the evaluation, you will meet with the Director to determine the appropriate services.

If you wish temporary services you may also submit appropriate documentation and meet with the Director to determine the appropriate services.
