Most students experience some anxiety during exam time.
When the stress reaches a level that impairs performance, it is time to take action. This presentation will provide clarification for two different types of test anxiety. It will also focus on strategies and behaviors to practice in order to transform the test setting into a less stressful and thus more successful situation.
